Who Is Fusion Apple?

Fusion Apple Entertainment was founded in 1999 by me, Jordan Magnuson, with the goal of brining fun and original independent games to the masses. I released two games between 2003 and 2005 (Unga Bunga and Mission: Land!), and have since turned to game distribution as well as development: ergo this site. What makes this site different from all the other game portals on the internet, is that it features only the best independent games available. I have been on the indie game scene for over a decade (I founded TIGSource.com back in 2005--now one of the most popular indie gaming destinations, thanks to the efforts of Derek Yu), and all the games on this site have been played and hand picked by myself. This is not some junky collection of machine processed game submissions.

So What's This Site About?

My goal with fusionapple.com is to make available to you the very highest quality independent games being developed today. There are many game portals on the internet, but most of them are filled with casual games, poor quality clones, and other junk. Sifting through all the badness can be a difficult and tedious task, and that's where this website comes in: you will find only the best games here, the tested and true gems.

Do You Make A Commission From Games You Sell Here?

Most of the time. The way that I can keep this site going is by bringing in money through advertisements (which I will always strive to make as relevant and unobtrusive as possible) and affiliate sales. So is the cat out of the bag? Is this just another portal site after all, filled with whatever junk will bring me the most cash? No. The crap on most portal sites sickens me, and I refuse to be a part of polluting the world with poor quality games. I run this site because I love the spirit of creativity behind truly independent game creation, and I will never stop being selective. My belief is that people want to play quality games, and those are the kinds of games I am going to supply, whether I can get a big commission from them or not; which is why many of the games you'll find here are completely free.

What Are "Independent" Games?

Games re-imagined. Games that aren't Final Fantasy 9, 10, 11... or Grand Theft Auto Infinity V. Originality. Art maybe. Games that don't have to promise 3D sex and violence to be cool.
